Refund Policy

Returns 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will only be accepted if you have already contacted us and a return has been approved. Refunds will only be processed after we have received the returned package. The buyer is responsible for carefully packaging the contents to ensure no damage will incur during shipment. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will not be issued for packages that have been lost or stolen during transit. 

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damaged Products 

All damaged products requires photographic proof sent to support@nekodecocraftshop.com . Photos must be clear with good lighting.  Products are only eligible for a replacement/refund if the product was already damaged upon opening your package and have not been used. Products are not eligible for a replacement/refund if the damage was caused by misuse (i.e. using a strong heat gun, torch, lighter, or other excessive heat on your mold).

After the case is reviewed you will be contacted in regards to a reshipment to replace the damaged product or a refund.
